If you arrive by air, you can use the AirConnector bus to get to Palmerston North's CBD.
From downtown, various bus services will get you to the Massey University campus. To plan your journey, use this web interface (or try this experimental interface for real-time bus tracking).
From the Massey Terminal bus stop on campus, it's just a 5-minute walk to the conference venue (AgHort Lecture Block).
Alternatively, Uber operates in Palmerston North too, as do multiple traditional taxi services.
